This website is operated by The Friends of The Bishops' House, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located at 2420 Old Penitentiary Road, Boise, Idaho 83712. We are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits our website or attends our events.

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it through our website forms. This may include:

• Google Fonts — Typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which may log your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Maps — Directions links open Google Maps in a new tab, governed by Google's own privacy practices.
• Facebook & Instagram — Links to our social pages open in new tabs on Meta's platforms, subject to their respective privacy policies.

Email Communications

If you provide your email address through our website, we may send you information about upcoming events, preservation updates, or membership opportunities. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option. We will promptly honor any opt-out request.

Data Retention

We retain contact and reservation information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and as required for nonprofit recordkeeping and tax purposes. Donation records are retained for a minimum of seven years in accordance with IRS guidelines.

You may request to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. To do so, contact us by email or phone and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
